What we collect
When you submit a form we collect your name, email, phone (optional), the service you asked about, your message, and the page you came from. We store your IP address only as a salted hash — a one-way code that cannot be reversed. We never store raw IP addresses.
How we use it
We use your information to reply to your request, deliver the service you asked for, and improve this website. If you subscribe for tool launch notifications, we email you about that tool — nothing else — and you can unsubscribe anytime.
What we never do
We never sell, rent or trade your personal information. We never share it with advertisers. We do not use your data to train AI models.
Service providers
We use a small number of trusted providers to run this site: our email delivery service (for replies and notifications), our messaging service (for internal lead alerts), and our hosting and database providers. Each receives only the data needed to do its job.
Security
Form submissions are protected by Cloudflare Turnstile (spam check), a hidden honeypot field, and rate limiting of 5 requests per 10 minutes per hashed IP. All database access uses parameterized queries. Admin access requires a signed, expiring session cookie.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to fix it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@allfixai.com and we will handle it within 30 days. You can unsubscribe from any email with one click.
Cookies
We use one cookie to keep the light/dark theme you choose, and one httpOnly cookie for admin sign-in sessions. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.
